odoo: How to install apps (free and commercial).

Odoo by default, is the great application. Mostly it is easy to use and user-friendly.
In addition, Odoo also gives users the freedom to change and make the application (call as a "module") itself.
That's the beauty of open source software. You can modify the application according to your needs but the damage done is in your responsibility.

How to install Odoo module?

1) Firstly you need to go to the official website of Odoo Apps.
2) Search the desired apps/module.
3) After finding the desired module, click on the module.
4) Download the first module and save it in your computer. Usually the module extension file is ".zip".
5) After you finish downloading, extract the module in your computer using extract program such as winzip, win rar, 7zip etc.
6) Copy / cut files have been extracted earlier e.g pos_stock_avail module and paste in C: \\ Program Files \ Odoo ** \ server \ openerp \ addons \
Wait, we are not finished yet. In my case, I installed odoo on a Microsoft Windows 7.

In linux platform the location maybe different a little bit depend on each distro.

7) Log in as administrator to ease the process of changing and install.
8) You must log in in debug mode. The trick is to click on the user administrator> About.
