Nan Bread Cheese Simple



Ingredients:
1 kg of wheat flour
½ cup margerine planta
½ cup sugar
2½ cup water
1 tablespoon dry yeast mauripan
1 Cheese slices

How to:
1. Put the sugar in the water and stir.
2. Put the flour, margerine planta, dry yeast mauripan, mix until well blended, then pour water, add sugar to the flour gradually and knead until flour stick.
   But do not let the mixture harden.
3. Cover with a wet cloth and marinate in ½ hour.

4. When the mixture has increased, mashed dough flour and knead it into a round of fist and put the cheese into the dough.

5. Make it flat and leave for 15 minutes.

6. Cook the pan over low heat.

7. Cover the pan with a lid and when cook almost complete,brush the bread with margarine.

Ready to eat.
