Ramadhan: Tarbiah of Cancer prevention for Muslims.



Nowadays cancer case is increasing and there is no decrease in cases since last 10 years.
Everyone can get cancer eventhough you are children, adults or the elderly age.

Actually, Ramadhan (fasting month) is a blessing and also one of the best teachers that can teach people to prevent cancer. In Ramadhan, time plays an important role here.

We got up early in the morning to eat the meal (sahur) and fast until dusk.
Breaking the fast (iftar) after hearing the azan maghrib. Go to the mosque for tarawih prayers at night and somebody there is also wake at night to pray prayers.

It is a complete one healthy day if we take food when sahur and iftar moderately. And in the night there is also a spiritual exercise and activities such as .

Dietary factors in the formation of cancer cells is not questioned. Overeating is one of the causes of cancer.
